Paige Ellis has a diverse range of work experience, showcasing their expertise in people operations, human resources, and employee engagement. Paige currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of People Operations & Experiences at FloSports since September 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of People Operations & Experiences at FloSports from October 2018 to September 2022. Paige also has experience as the Principal Owner of ConnectIT! Consulting, where they specialized in connecting people to businesses through employee engagement programs from July 2013 to December 2021. As the Founder & Executive Director of Texas Power Athletics, they successfully managed a cheer, tumbling, and after-school facility in Austin from June 2012 to October 2019. Paige also held senior leadership roles at NetSpend Corporation and Apple Inc., where they managed human resources functions and ensured employee engagement and development. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Hand Technology and served as a Benefits Administrator at Whole Foods Market.
