Jack Cwach

Jack Cwach is the current Flour & Pasta Operations Director at Flour Mills of Nigeria. Prior to this, they served as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Interflour Group from October 2013 to June 2016.

At Interflour Group, Jack was responsible for leading business strategy development, capital planning, and reviewing performance results with the Board of Directors. Jack was also responsible for running the overall day-to-day business of the company in a hyper-competitive environment due to increased overcapacity within the industry. Thanks to their excellent operating knowledge and experience in Asian cultures, practices, and business environment, Jack was able to significantly improve results via change management.

Prior to joining Interflour Group, Jack worked in a variety of roles in the food manufacturing industry. Jack has a wealth of experience in wheat processing, commodity risk management, bulk shipping, manufacturing, packaging, marketing, and distribution.

Jack is a highly skilled and experienced operations executive. Jack has a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex organizations. Jack is a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to achieve desired results.

Jack Cwach attended Harvard Business School for both an agribusiness seminar and an executive education program. Jack then earned their MBA in business administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City before completing their undergraduate degree in agricultural business and management from South Dakota State University.
