Flouria
Jeanine van Munster is the Co-Founder and CEO of Flouria, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jeanine served as Associate Director at ABN AMRO Ventures from September 2014 to September 2023, managing a EUR150M corporate venture capital fund focused on early-stage fintech investments across Europe, the US, and Israel. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Strategy Advisor at ABN AMRO, and as a Management Consultant at Consultancy Hub. Jeanine holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam. Early career experiences include leadership positions in various organizations, including President of SECEUR and Marketing Analyst at Axivate Capital.

Flouria is a digital wellbeing platform designed to support female employees through crucial life phases, especially those surrounding starting a family. We reinvent the way women engage with wellbeing experts, by creating a low barrier to contact with female wellbeing experts via chat and video call, and increase knowledge and awareness around female wellbeing with the engaging learning hub. Furthermore we help companies take care of their female employees by offering a full solution, including in-company awareness events, policy advice and training for managers. This is how we help companies promote employee retention, lower sick leave and foster a resilient organisational culture.
