Ian Reeves has held various positions in the marketing and digital industry, working with well-known clients such as Commbank, Mercedes-Benz, and the Department for Education and Skills. Currently, Ian is the Managing Director at Flourish, an independent specialist CRM agency that focuses on customer journey marketing. With a background in account management and digital marketing, Ian brings a wealth of experience to his role. He holds a BA in Business Information Technology from Coventry University and a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Solihull College & University Centre.
