Kristen Svenconis currently serves as the Risk, Audit, and Controls Lead at Flourish, a platform that offers innovative financial products aimed at helping registered investment advisors (RIAs) secure their clients' financial futures, managing over $1 trillion in assets. Prior to this role, Kristen was at Deloitte for several years, progressing from an Audit Intern to an Advisory Manager, gaining extensive experience in risk and audit consultation. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Villanova University and completed high school at Notre Dame Academy.
