Elaine Krek

Elaine Krek is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager at Flourish Australia since April 2024, with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Previously, Krek served as a Learning & Transformation Partner at Novartis Australia & New Zealand from October 2019 to November 2023, where contributions included developing targeted learning programs and leading commercial capability initiatives. Prior to Novartis, Krek founded Prism Performance, influencing numerous business leaders across various industries. Additional experience includes roles at Pfizer, where Krek was Sales Lead for Global Brands and Senior Brand Manager for Endocrine Care, and at Mundipharma and Boehringer Ingelheim in sales management positions. Krek holds a degree in Nursing, Applied Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
