Bradley Thomas

Bradley Thomas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT service delivery and customer operations. Currently serving as Chairman, COO, and CIO at Flourish Foster Care Closet & Support since January 2021, Bradley has demonstrated leadership capabilities across multiple organizations. At Lineage Logistics, as AMER-Manager of Service Delivery, oversight of IT service across the Americas involved managing over 31,000 tickets monthly for 15,000 users and steering a successful transition between global MSPs. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Bellhop, where a strategic efficiency initiative improved customer satisfaction, and IT Service Delivery Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials, managing IT operations for 32 manufacturing sites. Bradley also contributed to IT support at DRÄXLMAIER Group and began a career as a Customer Service Technician at Ringgold Telephone Company. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and an Associate’s degree in Computer Operations from Dalton State College.
