Hannah Schilpp

Hannah Schilpp has a diverse background in various roles within the healthcare and tech industries. Hannah recently joined Flourish Labs as the Head of Operations, where they are involved in the mission of providing accessible mental health support through peer support and technology. Prior to that, Hannah worked at Savvy, a startup focused on offering employer health insurance, where they were responsible for business strategy and operations. Before that, they co-founded BellBird and played a key role in product and operations. Hannah also gained valuable experience at Apostrophe, Inc., where they joined the founding team and had roles in operations and customer success. Hannah'scareer in healthcare began at Monte Nido, where they started as a mental health worker and eventually became a program manager, sparking their interest in healthcare reform and launching their into the startup world.
