Colton Griffin

Colton Griffin is the CEO of Flourish Software, a position they have held since December 2014. Prior to that, they were a Business Intelligence System Administrator at Genuine Parts Company from May 2013 to December 2014. In that role, they were responsible for the business intelligence system used by GPC's subsidiaries to interpret and act on data generated from their supply chain applications.

Before joining Genuine Parts Company, Griffin was a Consultant at Manhattan Associates from June 2011 to May 2013. In that role, they worked with clients in the manufacturing and retail industries to help them implement and optimize their supply chain management systems.

Griffin began their career as a Manufacturing and Design Engineer at ABT Molecular Imaging in March 2011. Colton was with the company for just two months before taking an Intern position at Schlumberger in May 2010. Colton worked as an Intern at Schlumberger for four months before being hired by Manhattan Associates in June 2011.

Colton Griffin has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Reliability and Maintainability from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Colton also has a High School Diploma from Baylor High School. Colton's certifications include HubSpot Sales Software Certified, Sales Management Training: Strategies for Developing a Successful Modern Sales Team, and Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy, and NHA Member from the National Hemp Association.
