Cooper Reece has a strong background in real estate development and project management. Cooper started their career as a Leasing Assistant at Taylor & Mathis in 2014, where they assisted senior partners in lease and sale transactions and evaluated investment opportunities. In 2015, they worked at Brasfield & Gorrie as a Project Management Intern, coordinating with subcontractors on a mixed-use development project. In 2016, they continued their internship with Brasfield & Gorrie, this time working on a $64.5 million project, ensuring document control and processing submittals. In 2017, Reece served as a Development Intern at The Collier Companies, underwriting development projects and analyzing market data. Cooper then transitioned to Providence One Partners in 2018, working as a Development Manager until 2021. During this time, Reece managed development projects and contributed to value engineering efforts. In 2021, they joined Madison Capital Group, LLC as a Development Manager, and in 2022, they became the Vice President of Development at Flournoy Development Group.
Cooper Reece completed their education at the University of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from 2013 to 2017. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate from the same university from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they received certifications such as the FL Sales Associate License from the Florida Real Estate Commission in July 2017 and the Certified Associate Constructor accreditation from the American Institute of Constructors in May 2017.
