Olena Stashuk

Olena Stashuk serves as the Chief Operating Officer of India for FLOW- Ethical Credit Management, where they focus on enhancing operational strategies for collections effectiveness. With previous experience as a Chief Operation Officer in Indonesia and strategy head in Vietnam, Olena has developed successful collection processes and optimized costs while maintaining profits. They have a background in managing teams, integrating technology, and ensuring efficient budget management. Olena earned a Master’s degree in Antimonopoly Management from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
