Amy Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amy started their career in 2000 as a Regional Property Manager at Landura Management Associates. In 2002, they joined Flow Automotive Companies as a Sales Manager and held this position for seven years. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Executive at Extend Energy for a year. Amy then joined Shelor Motor Mile in 2010 as a Sales Manager before returning to Flow Automotive Companies in 2011 as a Sales Manager. Amy Reynolds was promoted to the position of General Manager of Demand Generation at Flow Automotive Companies in 2012 and held this role until March 2020. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Engagement at Flow Automotive Companies, overseeing various business units and managing a large marketing budget.

Amy Reynolds received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Wake Forest University in 2019.
