Kenneth Naef, CPA, CGMA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kenneth is currently serving as the Vice President Finance Canada at Flow Control Group (FCG), where they provide leadership, financial support, and analytical insight for multiple Canadian brands within the organization. Kenneth has led teams through M&A activity, ERP implementations, and restructuring while integrating a shared service model to enhance efficiency and maximize profit.

Prior to their current role, Kenneth served as the Director of Finance Canada at FCG, where they provided leadership, financial support, and analytical insight for several Canadian brands. Kenneth also led teams through M&A activity, ERP implementations, and restructuring, while partnering with business and operational leaders on planning, forecasting, strategic initiatives, and business expansion.

Before joining FCG, Kenneth worked at CAE in various finance roles within the Defense & Security segment. Kenneth served as the Director of Finance, overseeing financial performance, project financial analysis, global pricing, and accounting functions. Kenneth also managed financial aspects of Defense & Security contracts on a global scale, optimizing profitability and leading a multinational team of finance professionals. Additionally, they held roles in global financial control, budget/strategic planning, and financial management within the Defense & Security segment.

Kenneth started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Auditor before moving on to Bombardier as a Financial Analyst in consolidation and reporting.
