Erin Cihak

Erin Cihak has a extensive work experience spanning various companies and roles. Erin is currently the Director of Pricing at Flow Control Holdings, LLC, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Flowserve Corporation where they also served as Director of Pricing from May 2020 to February 2023, and as a Pricing Consultant from July 2019 to May 2020. Erin also worked at Holden Advisors as the Director of Consulting Services from February 2018 to May 2019.

Before that, Erin held the position of Value and Services Consultant at PROS from March 2015 to February 2018. Erin also worked at Imagine Communications as the VP of Pricing from February 2014 to March 2015, where they were responsible for developing pricing strategies and implementing changes.

Prior to their role at Imagine Communications, Erin worked as a Director at Holden Advisors where they managed client relationships from November 2011 to February 2014. Erin also held the position of Senior Manager at Kalypso from June 2010 to November 2011, where they led client projects in product development, portfolio management, and business process management.

Earlier in their career, Erin was a Manager at Accenture from January 2007 to June 2010, where they managed client projects in innovation performance and portfolio management. Erin also served as a Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from June 2005 to December 2006, working as an independent pricing consultant.

Lastly, Erin started their career as a Product Manager at Tyco Electronics Power Systems, where they managed a $25 million product portfolio and was responsible for product development, market research, and creating marketing plans. Erin held this position from an unknown start date until May 2005.

Erin Cihak began their education at South Dakota Mines from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering. Following this, they attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 1998 to 2000, obtaining an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
