Brian Fowls

Brian Fowls began their career in 2006 as an Interpretive Ranger with the National Park Service. In 2010, they moved to Montgomery County Environmental Services as a Community Program Specialist. In 2014, they were appointed Vice President of Keep Ohio Beautiful, a 501(c) 3 nonprofit. In 2016, they joined Synchrony as AVP, Sales - Music and was responsible for executing partnership strategy, ensuring portfolio metrics were met and providing digital/omnichannel solutions. In 2022, they joined Flow Networks as VP, Partner Development and was responsible for upgrading the consumer payment experience and enabling fully-digital purchase journeys.

Brian Fowls obtained their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University in 2009. Brian then went on to earn their Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the same university in 2011. In addition, Brian Fowls holds a certification from the Solid Waste Association of North America as a Certified Manager of Transfer Station Systems.
