Eloise May O'Donnell is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Flow Power since February 2023, with prior experience as a User Experience Designer at General Assembly during a 6-month immersive apprenticeship. Previously, Eloise served as a Senior Research Manager at Weill Cornell Medicine, leading mixed-methods research in US healthcare, and held roles as Research Program Manager and Teaching Associate within the healthcare leadership program. Additional experience includes a Visiting Researcher position at the CUNY Center for Systems & Community Design, Research Officer and Project Officer at the Sax Institute, Research Assistant at The George Institute for Global Health, and Human Resources Administrator at the Australia Council for the Arts. Eloise's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Sydney and a User Experience Design Immersive certificate from General Assembly, complemented by a Harvard Extension School course in essential management skills for emerging leaders.
