Alexander Marchi

Alexander Marchi is an experienced trader with a focus on volatility and commodity derivatives at Flow Traders since September 2019. Prior to this role, Alexander served as a Junior Trader at UBS, participating in a quantitative trading summer analyst program, where skills in Python were applied to enhance electronic trading methodologies. Alexander's professional journey also includes a role as a Risk Modelling Analyst at Great-West Life, where operational risk models were developed and market risk models validated. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Honours Mathematics from McGill University and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, complemented by leadership roles in various student organizations and internships at CERN and the International Labour Organization.
