Bas de Kwant has extensive work experience in various roles related to information security and software development. Bas is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Flow Your Money, where they have set up the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and supervises yearly audits. Bas also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Pallas Athena Group, where they grew the company from a sole developer to leading a small team. Bas was responsible for major technical decisions, back-end development, and software architecture.

Furthermore, Bas gained experience as a DevOps Engineer at Klaassen Corporate Branding & Web Development, where they focused on website development, CMS integration, and web application development. Bas also performed Linux sys admin tasks during their time there.

Bas de Kwant attended Gymnasium Juvenaat in Bergen op Zoom from 2007 to 2014, where they obtained a Gymnasium degree with a focus on general studies.
