Their previous experience includes being the CEO of Univera's international division in 2010, President of Univera North America from 2007 to 2010, EVP of North America from 2007 to 2007, and EVP of Sales and Marketing U.S. from 2006 to 2007. During their time at Univera, Raz exceeded revenue and profit targets and led a large team of employees.
Earlier in their career, Raz served as the President of Blaine Pharmaceuticals/Consumer Goods from 2002 to 2005, where they successfully turned around the company and surpassed revenue and profit goals. “Raz” (Rich) also held leadership positions at Healthology, a start-up focused on web-based digital marketing, and Eli Lilly and Company, where they served as a Marketing Manager.

Raz Razgaitis completed their primary education at Upper Arlington High School from 1988 to 1992. “Raz” (Rich) then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Anderson University, graduating in 1996. Continuing their studies, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Business and Marketing, again from Anderson University, from 2001 to 2003.
