Christoffer Ellehuus

Christoffer Ellehuus is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership and strategic development across multiple industries. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at MindGym since January 2024, Ellehuus previously held the position of President at Korn Ferry Digital and Global Sales Effectiveness Practice Leader from January 2020 to December 2023. As CEO of Strategy Execution from 2018 to 2020, Ellehuus led a successful turnaround of the company prior to its sale. With extensive experience at CEB (now Gartner) from 2002 to 2018, Ellehuus progressed through various roles including Market Leader and Head of Sales for Talent Management Practice. Early career experiences include consultancy in international trade and economic development at the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Denmark. Ellehuus holds degrees in Political Economy from the University of Copenhagen, European Political and Economic Affairs from the College of Europe, and a certificate from Sciences Po Aix in Political Science.
