Milan Jezdik

Milan Jezdik is the DevOps Lead at Flowcast. Before that, they were the Claranet Group IT Operations Manager from September 2009 to July 2015. Milan is responsible for developing and maintaining IT/IS infrastructure, performing technical and business analysis, managing IT staff, managing financial and budget aspects, optimizing running cost of infrastructure, defining ICT Roadmap and strategy, vendor management, service level agreements, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and Disaster Recovery Infrastructure. Milan has achieved lowering OPEX by consolidation and optimization of the infrastructure, 6 successful acquisitions since 2012, data center closure and relocation, rollout of Claranet’s IaaS Cloud Hosting solution, rollout of a new Finance system across the Group, Active Directory consolidation, upgrade of domain and Forest functional levels, ISO9000 and ISO27001 certifications, and organizing biannual technology meet up for the technical departments from all countries.

Milan Jezdik has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies from Brno University of Technology and a certification from RedHat in RHCE.
