Odette Pieters

Odette Pieters serves as Chief Operating Officer at FlowCentric Technologies (Pty) Ltd since August 2008, leading a software development company specializing in business process management (BPM) software for an international audience. In addition, Odette holds positions as Sales Director and Managing Director at FlowCentric Resourcing, a talent acquisition and technology solution provider since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as BPM and Applications Manager at Axiz (2005-2008), Pre-Sales and Consulting at Oracle (2001-2004), MIS and SAPSE Manager at the University of Johannesburg (1999-2001), and Development Economist at Urban-Econ Development Economists (1998-1999).
