Joe Burge

Joe Burge, SHRM-CP, PMQ has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Joe is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Flower City Group since December 2023. Prior to this, Joe worked at Northern Air Systems as a Human Resources professional from November 2021 to December 2023. Joe also held the position of Human Resources Director at Monroe Ambulance/Transportation from November 2020 to September 2021. Before that, Joe worked at HR Works, Inc. where they served as an HR Strategic Partner from January 2020 to November 2020, and as a Consultant Services Manager from October 2019 to January 2020. Joe gained substantial experience as an HR Manager at Frontrunner Network Systems from October 2016 to October 2019. Joe's career started at Freedom Therapy, OT, PT, SLP, PLLC where they worked as the Manager of Human Resources and Finance from February 2007 to August 2016.

Joe Burge, SHRM-CP, PMQ, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from SUNY Brockport, completed between 2000 and 2007. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in January 2017 and the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in 2022.
