Prior to this, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President & General Manager at Letterhead Press, LLC, overseeing teams and managing all facets of business operations. Michael's extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at Quad and Tempt In-Store Productions, where responsibilities ranged from driving sales growth to developing strategic business goals. Michael co-founded Tempt In-Store Productions, emphasizing unique marketing solutions for retailers. Additionally, Michael served as President of Wetzel Brothers, managing sales and marketing activities effectively. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
