Erik F. started their work experience as a Trainee: Technician for Mechatronic Systems at Volkswagen AG in September 2011, a role they held until February 2015. Erik then became a Technician for Mechatronic Systems at the same company from February 2015 to August 2015. In March 2019, Erik joined Porsche AG as a Project Management Intern, where they worked until September 2019. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Flower ⚡ starting from March 2023.
Erik F. first attended HTWK Leipzig from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management. Following this, from 2020 to 2023, Erik pursued further education at SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Environmental Economics and Management.

Flower operates a Power Refinery - a hardware agnostic platform that connects flexibility assets with buyers of flexibility. We integrate with flexibility assets, collect metering values and can actively manage their power profiles, we prognose available flexibility and decide in which markets and at what price flexibility will be offered. We runprojects within light and heavy EV charging, energy storage, hydropower, solar power and heating. We aim to offer ancillary services and participate in capacity markets. Flower's mission is to drastically increase available flexibility to support the renewable electrification of everything.
