Kelsey Barton

Kelsey Barton has a long history of experience in the recruitment industry. Kelsey began their career in 2011 with Sevenstep as a Recruitment Coordinator. Kelsey was promoted to Lead Recruiter/Recruiter in 2012 and then to Manager, Recruiting Operations in 2013. During their time at Sevenstep, they worked with clients such as CVS Caremark, SunTrust Bank, Union Bank, Aetna, Corvis, BlueLine Rental, Equifax, and EnPro Industries. Kelsey was also selected for a long-term international onsite client secondment in Australia in 2017. In 2018, they joined Vangst as a Senior Recruiter, and was promoted to Lead Talent Manager in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they joined FlowerHire as their Director of Client Services.

Kelsey Barton has a BBA in Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Kelsey also attended The Career Leadership Academy- The University of Iowa and Charles University. No additional certifications are listed.
