Harry Chaconas

Harry Chaconas is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Director of IT Service Management at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries since May 2021, where previous roles also included Manager of IT Service Management. Prior to this, Harry held the position of Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Implus from January 2018 to April 2021, successfully leading digital and cloud transformations during the COVID-19 pandemic and achieving high service level agreement success rates. At HCL Technologies from April 2013 to December 2017, Harry was Project Lead for support team transitions and managed end-user services, enhancing team efficacy and maintaining extensive support operations. Earlier in the career, Harry served as Operations Manager at Office Depot, managing various operational aspects and driving sales performance. Harry earned a degree in Criminal Justice from The Citadel in 2001.
