Jamie R. has over 18 years of customer service experience. Jamie began their career in 2002 as a Tour Agent with Rail Europe Group, where they assisted customers via telephone with booking travel using the European Rail network. In 2007, they moved to AXA Assistance as a Concierge, providing client support and encouraging additional services to high net worth individuals. In 2009, Jamie became a Quality Assurance Rep at Entertainment Cruises Inc., scoring calls and monitoring agents to make sure all of the standards for the company were met. In 2015, they joined Grubhub as a Driver Care Specialist, focusing on streamlining usability and customer satisfaction with specific delivery markets throughout the country. In 2016, Jamie joined Glassdoor as a Customer Advocate, answering calls, chats and emails from Self Service to Enterprise clients. Jamie was then promoted to Customer Support Lead, where they were in charge of supervisory duties of both U.S. and offshore representatives. Jamie was then promoted to Customer Success Specialist, EMEA, where they were in charge of overseeing SMB and Enterprise accounts originating in EMEA. Additionally, Jamie R. holds a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
