Guilherme Diniz

Guilherme Diniz has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Guilherme started their career as a Ruby Developer Intern at OmniLogic Soluções Inteligentes in 2013, where they gained practical experience in Ruby development. In 2015, they worked as a Java intern at Nerit, further expanding their skills in software development.

After that, they joined Nerit again in 2016, this time as an Estagiário de desenvolvimento de software. In this role, they developed and maintained the company's main system, serving over 1500 users. Guilherme also worked on restructuring the company's infrastructure, significantly increasing the number of email dispatches per minute. In 2018, they were promoted to Head Of Development at Nerit, where they continued to lead the software development team.

In 2019, Guilherme joined Flowins as the CTO & Partner, contributing to the strategic and technical aspects of the company's operations. Guilherme then moved on to Toptal in 2020 as a FullStack & Mobile Developer. Throughout their career, Guilherme has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop and train team members, and improve customer experience.
