Mondonna Hemati

Mondonna Hemati currently serves as the Executive Business Partner to the CTO and SVP of Product at Vercel since May 2025. Mondonna's earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Bessemer Venture Partners and holding multiple roles at Green Toys Inc. and Marin Eye Care. Mondonna began a career in optics as an Optician at LensCrafters. Mondonna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biopsychology from Mills College in 2009 and has demonstrated notable contributions in training associates and implementing marketing strategies to enhance productivity and customer retention.
