Victoria Hogg - the Confidence Whisperer

Victoria Hogg, known as The Confidence Whisperer, is a seasoned professional in coaching and facilitating talent acceleration and corporate culture change through applied improvisation techniques. As Co-Founder of IMPROV Inc. since September 2023, Victoria focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness. In the role of Director at The Offer Bank since July 2011, Victoria provides creativity coaching for both remote and in-person teams. Additionally, as a Facilitator for FLOWN, Victoria leads online co-working sessions that promote accountability and productivity. Victoria has also contributed as a Brigadier for Global Play Brigade since March 2020 and serves as a Creativity and Confidence Coach at Goldsmiths, University of London, providing courses aimed at improving creativity and collaboration skills. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Applied Theatre from Goldsmiths and completed a course in Instructional Design from the University of Cape Town.
