Richard Sherman

Richard Sherman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard began their career in the US Army as a 91D Generator Mechanic from 2004 to 2009. Richard then moved on to work as an Inventory Control Specialist at OHL in 2012, where they managed a large inventory and maintained accurate records. In 2013, they joined Protection 1 Security Solutions as an Inventory Coordinator, responsible for online ordering and inventory reporting. From 2015 to 2017, Richard worked at Tyco Integrated Security as an Inventory Manager, using Oracle ERP/MRP to process orders and ensure inventory accuracy. In 2018, Richard started their educational journey in IT Administration at Green River College, focusing on various IT courses and actively participating in IT clubs. Recently, in 2020, they joined Flowroute, A BCM One Company, initially as an Associate Support Engineer and later transitioning to the role of a Support Engineer.

Richard Sherman's education history includes pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at Green River College. Richard is expected to graduate in 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Network Technology & IT Administration from the same college, completing their studies in 2019. In addition to their degrees, Richard has obtained several certifications. In June 2021, they received the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In March 2021, they obtained the SSCA (Session Initiation Protocol School Certified Associate) certification from The SIP School. Finally, in January 2020, Richard received the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
