Afroz Ahmed

Afroz Ahmed has extensive work experience in the engineering industry, particularly in the field of commercial operations and application engineering. Afroz has held various positions, including Director Commercial Operations Global Projects at Flowserve Corporation since 2022, Director Commercial Operations at Flowserve India Controls Private Limited from 2016 to 2022, and Director Application Engineering at Flowserve India Private Limited from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager Application Engineering at Flowserve India Private Limited from 2009 to 2011 and Dresser Valves India Private Limited from 2005 to 2009. Before joining Flowserve, they held the role of Asst. Manager Sales & Marketing and Engineer Sales & Marketing of Control Valves at KSB (MIL Controls Limited) from 1998 to 2005. Afroz began their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at KSB Pumps Company Limited from 1997 to 1998, where they received training in various departments.

Afroz Ahmed obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Lisieux Higher Secondary School from 1983 to 1991.
