John Longowa

John (Jay) Longowa MBA has over 20 years of experience in talent management and development. John (Jay) is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Management at Flowserve Corporation, where they lead a team of professionals and collaborates with leaders to align talent priorities with business strategy. Prior to this, John held the position of Sr. Director of HR - Talent Management at Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI), where they played a key role in designing and implementing talent management processes. John (Jay) also has experience as the Director of Global Talent Management at Energizer Holdings, Inc., where they were responsible for the entire employee life-cycle, from talent acquisition to executive coaching. Prior to that, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive Management from the same institution, from 2003 to 2005.
