Matt Hawkins

Matt Hawkins has a strong background in the legal field, with experience in both intellectual property and litigation. Matt began their career as an Associate at Jones Day, where they focused on patent litigation and gained experience in various technological areas. In 2013, they joined Flowserve Corporation as the Director of Litigation and Intellectual Property, managing commercial and intellectual property litigation and overseeing the acquisition and protection of the company's intellectual property. Matt later became the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, leading a global team of attorneys and legal professionals. In this role, they advised company leadership and the Board of Directors on a wide range of legal matters and oversaw risk mitigation, contractual issues, and corporate governance, among other responsibilities.
