Petrina Zaraszczak

Petrina Zaraszczak serves as the Vice President of Product Management and Chief Product Officer at Johnson Controls, a role initiated in August 2020, responsible for establishing the product management function within the Global Products Organization. Previously, Petrina held various leadership positions at Resideo, overseeing full P&L responsibilities for the Comfort business and managing a global team in product management. Other notable roles include General Manager at Sensata Technologies, where Petrina managed the Inverter/Charger business, and multiple senior positions at TE Connectivity and Honeywell, focusing on P&L management, strategy, and marketing across various industrial sectors. Petrina’s career began at HB Fuller, followed by roles at Owens Corning Fiberglas and Alcatel-Lucent, after earning a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
