Sathya Srinivasan Ramaswamy

Sathya Srinivasan Ramaswamy has over three decades of experience in engineering and leadership roles within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Regional Engineering Director at Flowserve Corporation since June 2000, Sathya oversees Seals and Systems Engineering for the AMSS Platform, defining strategy and executing engineering initiatives. Previous positions include Engineering Manager and Applied Technical Solutions Manager for North & South Asia at Flowserve, as well as Senior Design Engineer at John Crane and Design Engineer at Durametallic India limited. Sathya holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathidasan University, completed in 1991.
