Senad Gusic

Senad Gusic has over 23 years of work experience in various roles, including Program Manager, Senior PMO Manager, Principal R&D Project Manager, and Engineering Manager.

At Flowserve Corporation, they managed and delivered multiple product development and technology development projects/programs, leading global multi-functional teams. Senad also led the Pump Division Project Portfolio and played a key role in corporate strategic planning activities, defining budgets and portfolios of projects.

Prior to that, at Navistar, Senad managed multiple product development efforts, achieving significant savings in capital and tooling investments. Senad also led a team of engineers and implemented cost reduction activities.

Senad also has experience as a Line Support Engineer/Team Leader at Navistar and as a Design Engineer at Design Engineering and Consulting.

Senad Gusic obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu in 1996. Senad then went on to earn a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2007. In 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
