Tsao Yen Shih

Tsao Yen (T.Y.) Shih has served at Flowserve Corporation since January 1993, currently holding the position of Director/General Manager for Greater China, where responsibilities include integrating and managing the pump and seal organization to surpass P&L budgets and expand market share. Previous roles at Flowserve include Director/General Manager for Seal and System Operations in the APAC region, focusing on mechanical seal operations, and Director/General Manager for End User Sales and Quick Response Center (QRC) in APAC, where efforts concentrated on aftermarket business growth. Prior to Flowserve, T.Y. Shih worked as a mechanical engineer at CTCI from September 1984 to May 1990. T.Y. Shih earned a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from National Taiwan University, completing studies in 1982.
