Ioan Iacob has a long and varied career in the tech industry. ioan started their career in 2000 as a Testing Analyst at Ubisoft, followed by a role as a Java Software Developer at Gameloft in 2003. In 2003, they also took on the role of Teaching Assistant at Politehnica University of Bucharest. ioan then moved to Adobe in 2007, where they were a QA and Testing Manager. In the same year, they co-founded QUALITANCE, where they held various roles including Co-Founder, Board Member, and Chief Executive Officer. In 2008, they were a Consultant at IBM. In 2020, they founded FLOWX.AI, where they are the Founder and CEO.

Ioan Iacob began their educational career in 1994 at Colegiul National "Sf. Sava" before transferring to Colegiul National "Mihai Viteazul" Bucuresti in 1995, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in 1998. ioan then attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where they earned a BCs in Computer Science in 2003. In 2006, they completed an Introduction to CMMI program at Carnegie Mellon University.
