Dawnett Willis

Dawnett Willis, MBA, FACHE has extensive experience in healthcare management and executive leadership roles. Dawnett is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Floyd County Medical Center FCMC since 2021. Previously, they worked as the Chief Ancillary/Operations Officer at Pella Regional Health Center from 2018 to 2020, where they oversaw various departments and successfully implemented new programs and services. Prior to that, they held various positions at UnityPoint Health from 2013 to 2018, including Regional Strategy, Planning & Business Development Executive, Acting CEO, COO/Vice President of Operations, and Executive Director of Business Development. Their responsibilities in these roles included strategic planning, business development, and operational management. Dawnett also has experience as a Director at Texas Health Resources, Healogics, Inc., and Galesburg Cottage Hospital. Before their executive career, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Apex Travel Nurses.
