Ard Peek has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ard was the Data architect and Founder at Floyd & Hamilton, where they advised and supported organizations in optimizing their online recruitment processes and employer branding strategies. Ard also designed and built recruitment websites and implemented social media recruitment campaigns for various companies. Before this, Ard was the Owner/Director at Webattach BV, where they developed intranet applications, e-commerce websites, and workflow systems. Ard also provided consultancy services on Google Maps/GIS and 3D virtualization. Ard worked as a systems designer of Liteweb at Nobra Technisch Adviesbureau BV and as a contractor/software engineer at a supplier of flexible building systems. As the CTO of Easy-Swim.nl, they played a key role in the company's technology management. Additionally, Ard worked as a systems designer at Complimentz.NL and as a software engineer at BestelVers.NL. Ard also worked as a software developer at KIT and as a 3D virtualizations engineer at Thales R&T NL/ D-CIS Lab. Earlier in their career, Ard was an application developer at Strata Preservation NV.

Ard Peek completed their VWO Atheneum degree from KSG De Breul between 1982 and 1988. Ard then pursued their higher education at the University of Twente, earning a degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde, specifically an ir. (MSc), from 1988 to 1995.
