Le Quoc Trung is an experienced maritime professional with a comprehensive background in project cargo management and safety regulations. Currently serving as Port Captain and Project Manager at FLS Projects since September 2016, Le Quoc Trung previously held roles as DPA and Safety & Legislation Manager at Binh An Shipping Company Limited, and Captain at PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation. Prior experience includes various officer positions at Viet Nam Ocean Shipping JSC, beginning as a D-Cadet and advancing to Chief Officer over an eight-year tenure. Le Quoc Trung holds a Master's degree in Navigation from Viet Nam Maritime University, completed in 2006.
