Annette Terndrup is an experienced legal and strategic professional, currently serving as EVP, Group Legal, Strategy and M&A at FLSmidth since April 2016. Prior to this role, Annette held multiple senior positions within FLSmidth A/S, including SVP Group Legal, Strategy & Business Development from January 2013 to April 2016 and SVP Group General Counsel. Annette's career at FLSmidth began in 2004 as General Counsel for EMEA & APAC, where valuable expertise in legal affairs and strategic business development was developed over nearly a decade.
