Kenneth Rahal

Kenneth Rahal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of tailings solutions, currently serving as the Director of Tailings Solutions at FLSmidth since October 2012. In this role, Kenneth leads the development of sustainable tailings solutions, focusing on classification, dewatering, and material handling equipment. Prior positions at FLSmidth included Tailings Process Manager, where efforts were directed toward enhancing equipment and methodologies, and Manager of Dewatering and Flotation Solutions, overseeing the testing and commissioning of equipment for new markets. Kenneth began a career at Kaydon Corporation in April 2006, advancing through roles such as Project Manager, Quality Manager, and Quality Supervisor. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1993 and 1996.
