Morten Nørgaard Nielsen

Morten Nørgaard Nielsen has extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Excellence at FLSmidth since May 2017, where leadership in global manufacturing transformation has been a key focus. A successful track record includes consolidating 16 manufacturing sites into a unified organization and managing strategic investments and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Supplier Relations & Development at FLSmidth, Head of Production at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, and pivotal contributions to Sika, Corning Cablecon, and Icopal. Educationally, Morten holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Management, Production, and Supply Chain from the Technical University of Denmark.
