Rikke Holtze

Rikke Holtze is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and business applications. Currently serving as Head of FLS-IT and CIO at FLSmidth since January 2021, Rikke leads a team of over 230 professionals in driving the company's digital initiatives, overseeing enterprise architecture, critical infrastructure, and cyber security, while also managing significant business application portfolios. Previously, Rikke held various roles at Danske Bank from June 2007 to January 2021, including Associate Development Director for HR IT, where responsibilities encompassed HR applications and management of a global team. Rikke's career began at Danmarks Nationalbank, with a foundational role as Fuldmægtig. Rikke Holtze holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School, completed in 2006.
