Tove Møller Nielsen

Tove Møller Nielsen serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Cement Division at FLSmidth since August 2021, overseeing a division with a turnover of approximately DKK +4 billion and managing a global workforce of over 2,000 employees. Prior to this role, Tove held various leadership positions at NKT, including Vice President and Head of Business Finance, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, performance management, and investment analysis for a global team. Additionally, Tove's extensive experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk spanned nearly two decades in multiple finance-related roles, such as Director of Accounting & Control and General Manager of Financial Reporting, emphasizing strategic financial management and governance across diverse regional operations. Tove holds a Master of Science in Management Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and has completed several leadership programs at IMD.
