Matt Regan

Matt Regan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is currently serving as the EVP of Transaction Management Platforms at Flueid, a technology company specializing in real estate transactions. In 2016, they founded Vodii, LLC, a software product company catering to the title insurance and settlement services industry, where they served as the Founder & President until 2021. Prior to that, Matt was the Founder & President of nyaas, LLC, providing technology solutions for the title industry from 2010 to 2021. Matt also co-founded and served as CEO at eCloser, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Matt held various technical and leadership roles at WNS, US Bank, Anexsys, Accenture, and 12 Entrepreneuring. Matt started their career as a Storefront Team Lead and Project & Content Manager at Miadora in 1999. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated expertise in technology, architecture, software development, and entrepreneurship.

Matt Regan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they attended from 1994 to 1998.
