Rene Reumkens

Rene Reumkens has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Rene currently serves as the CFO of Fluence, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Signify, including Post Merger Integration (PMI) Finance Lead for the Cooper Lighting Solution (CLS) & Fluence acquisition, Value Stream Leader for Working Capital, and Head of Accounting Operations Transitions. Before joining Signify, Rene worked at Philips Lighting as the Head of Accounting Operations Transitions and QxP Program Manager. Rene also gained experience at Philips, where they served as the Total Value Manager for Sector Lighting Purchasing, Finance Business Partner for BL Headlighting, CFO for PGP (Philips General Purchasing), and Finance Business Partner for Philips Optical Storage BL Data. Rene started their career at Yageo as the CFO of Phycomp/Yageo Europe. Rene's work experience spans multiple industries and includes accomplishments in integrating businesses, leading organizational transformations, implementing financial planning programs, and optimizing working capital.

Rene Reumkens completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Management from HEAO Sittard in 1988. In 1994, they pursued a Post Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hogeschool 's-Hertogenbosch. In 1998, they obtained a Financial Controller FC degree from Open Universiteit / Hogeschool Limburg Contracting, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics.
